Evidence of the use of pre-production material

Risk assessment

The first image shows the camera equipment on the road this represents a possible risk that has been identified as there are cars on the road therefore this poses as a risk to the camera equipment because cars that pass by could hit the camera  equipment therefore causing an accident which can have a disastrous result as the car would be potentially be severely damaged and to add to this the camera would be either severely damaged or even destroyed which would result in having to pay for a new set of camera equipment such as an SD card,  tri-pod and a camera. Therefore its important to assess risks  so that they can be avoided to prevent any incidents from occurring .

Location recce

The second image shows evidence of the location recce being used to show the set locations that have been selected to shoot the short film this has been in response to various factors that have been taken into consideration when making the decision of the locations that would prove to be most suitable, accessible to have the short film filmed at.

storyboard

The final shot displays the use of the storyboard during production, this was to identify the order of which the scenes should be filmed in based on the events drawn on the storyboard so it could be referred to when it came time to filming the short film as our time would be able to efficiently shoot al the scenes of the short film and the type of shots that the scenes had to be done in.
