how to operate video/film/DSLR

Sunstar

When it came to the settings I used in order to take the shot for the Sunstar I used F22 for the F-stop this was because of the fact of the time of day at which the sun was present this being later on in the afternoon and with the building blocking a clear shot of the sun this limited the success of the shot taken, in regards to the ISO this had to be increased to 3200 due to the circumstances of which the shot was taken, The shutter speed for the photo was 1/30.

Shallow focus

For the image taken for the shallow focus the settings that I used were F4 for the F-stop as this would be around the necessary F-stop to take a shot with a clear subject whilst also having a blurred background, for the ISO this was set to 1600 and the shutter speed was at 1/60.

  Deep focus

For the deep focus shot my ISO was at 1600, with my F-stop being F4.5 and the aperture being 1/40 in order to get a clear shot of both the background and the main product of the picture taken.

Dark conditioned

The F-stop for this particular shot was taken at was F4.5 with the ISO being 800 and I had the shutter speed at 1/60, this gave the shot a clearer view of the shoe within the picture.

The second shot had a F-stop of F9 with the ISO being 800 this gave the image a much darker look to it with both the main product and the background being darker than the setting already was.

bright conditions

For the first shot my F-stop was at F4 with my ISO being 800 and the shutter speed being 5 , this had a brighter image as opposed to my second image which had a larger F-stop of F13.

The second image had a F-stop of 13 and an ISO of 400 this gave a much darker appearance to the shot compared to the first shot taken.
